Cloud Facilities Management Software, also known as Hosted Facilities Management Software, embraces technology to provide a relatively low-cost delivery model for CAFM solutions.
Rather than using an internal IT infrastructure, Cloud Facilities Management Software enables Facilities Management departments or Service Providers to have fully functional CAFM system served in a cloud environment, accessible from anywhere.
Tabs FM have secured powerful servers in a UK data centre, pre-configured to support and deliver your Tabs CMMS & CAFM system, averaging a 99.9% up time. As the cloud can be accessed from any machine with an internet connection, the deployment of a Cloud Facilities Management system is much, much easier. You no longer need to invest in internal servers, software licences and strengthening your IT infrastructure...offering instant cost savings. All you need is a PC with an internet connection and we'll take care of the rest. Due to geographical difficulties, hardware requirements and associated cost implications of creating/maintaining Wide Area Networks (WAN), utilising a hosted environment can solve many networking issues and save you both time and money.
