The unique design of the Tabs CMMS & CAFM PPM module enables users to efficiently and accurately control manage statutory and non-statutory tasks via a simple, intuitive software solution.

The PPM module supports four modes to create PPM schedules. The 'simple' mode enables users to quickly set up a repetitive schedule in seconds. The 'advanced' mode enables layering of PPMs to reduce job duplication where multiple PPMs may fall on the same day. The third mode utilises our DIU console — you can quickly import and create PPM schedules direct from Excel spreadsheets, making it an ideal solution for new contract or site PPM imports. The fourth mode is direct integration with SFG20.

Whichever way you create a PPM schedule, a series of individual jobs will appear in the system for allocation. These jobs will be grouped together to allow you to adjust the schedule to suit your resources, cancel or extend the schedule based on future requirements.

PPM job information can be delivered to engineers via Hardcopy (print), Email, the Mobile app, self-service Web portal or the Core management console.

The Mobile app offers a natural extension of the system to field and site based engineers. Mobilising your workforce with access to download and respond to PPM jobs in the field improves efficiency and service levels.

The native Mobile app enables field engineers to download their PPM tasks to a Mobile device. All PPM information including location, contact, description and supporting documentation is delivered to the engineer's handheld device. Engineers can then respond to PPM jobs in the field by capturing comments, photos, signature, voice recordings and any PPM specific expenses.
